AI hotel reputation management

Inbox at zero. Everything answered. It lasts about three days.
Thursday
Across four platforms. Two in German. One two-star about the air conditioning on the fourth floor - the same unit somebody mentioned in March.
Sunday night
The replies move to the weekend. Then they move again. Meanwhile every traveller reading that page can see nobody answered.
An unanswered complaint isn’t neutral. It reads as agreement.
How it works
Type your property name. Revinsta finds your Google listing and your OTA pages, and starts pulling reviews immediately - including the history, not just the new ones.
Pick the three words that describe how your hotel sounds. Add anything you'd never say. Takes about three minutes, and you'll hear a sample reply before you save it.
Open the inbox and the drafts are already written. Read, tweak a line if you want, approve. Twenty reviews in the time it used to take to write two.
Free ReputationIQ score in about 20 seconds - no account, no card.
A quick tour
Four things you’ll do every week, from the inbox to the analytics. Click through, or let it play.

Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor and the OTAs land in a single two-pane workspace. Filter by property, rating or sentiment and reply without ever tab-hopping.
Brand Voice
“Dear Valued Guest, thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide excellent service.” Everyone has read a thousand of those, and they do a hotel no favours at all.
Revinsta learns how your hotel talks. You choose the personality - warm and familiar, quietly formal, proudly local. You give it the words you love and the ones you’d never use.
Then you press Hear your voice and read a reply before you save anything. If it doesn’t sound like you, change a word and try again.
What it’s worth: replies you’d be happy to have screenshotted.

“Thanks so much, Marcus - we’re thrilled the rooftop worked its magic. Come back when the terrace is in full swing; the first drink’s on us.”
Every language
A review arrives in Italian. Revinsta reads it, drafts the reply in Italian, and shows you an English version alongside so you know exactly what you’re approving.
If you’d rather answer everything in English, set that once and it’s done.
What it’s worth: the guests who don’t write in English stop getting the silent treatment.

Impact Insights
Every review tool will tell you a category is underperforming. Fine - but 62% of what, said by whom, and is it worth a Tuesday morning?
Revinsta ranks every category by how many rating points it is costing you, weighted by how often guests bring it up. A middling score on the thing in half your reviews is your whole problem.
Then hover any category and read the sentences behind the number. Six quotes about the same fourth-floor air conditioning is not a data point. It’s a work order.
What it’s worth: you walk into the ops meeting with evidence instead of an opinion.

Ask Revinsta
“Has anyone complained about the new mattresses?” “What do guests say about parking?” All answerable from your reviews. None of them worth an afternoon of reading.
Type the question. Revinsta reads every review you have and answers, with the quotes it used shown underneath so you can check its work rather than take its word.
What it’s worth: the night before an owners’ meeting stops being a research project.
What did guests say about breakfast since we changed the supplier?
Answer
Breakfast sentiment improved after 1 March. Mentions rose from 18 to 31, and the average rating on those reviews went from 3.4 to 4.1. Pastries and coffee are now praised by name; the remaining complaints are about queueing between 8 and 9am, not the food.
“Much better breakfast than last year - the coffee is proper now.” · 5★ Google
Portfolio View
Every property ranked by reputation health, with the movement since last month, the response rate, and the categories dragging each one down. The property that needs you is at the top.
Add a general manager to their own property and they see theirs. You see everything - plus a summary you can forward to an owner without rewriting it.
What it’s worth: you stop running five dashboards and a feeling.

Straight talk
AI writes a very good reply to the ninety per cent of reviews that are straightforward - the warm five-star, the “great location, tired bathroom,” the one about parking. It handles those better and faster than a tired duty manager at eleven at night.
The other ten per cent still want you. The guest whose wedding block went wrong. The allegation you need to take seriously. Revinsta flags those and holds them back rather than answering on your behalf, because a fluent reply to a serious complaint is worse than a slow one.
That’s the deal. It takes the volume off you so you have time for the ones that matter.
See it handle a hard one
“Booked a river-view room for our anniversary and got a room facing the car park. The girl on reception said there was nothing she could do and went back to her screen. Breakfast finished at 9:30 which nobody mentioned. Expensive for what it is.”
Drafted in your brand voice
“Michael, I’m sorry - an anniversary deserved better than this, and the room you booked is the room you should have had. I’ve raised the allocation error with our front office manager, and I’ve asked the team to make our breakfast hours clearer at check-in. If you’ll give us the chance to put it right, email me directly and the river view is on us. - Sarah, General Manager”
No template could have written that. It names the specific failure, owns it, and gives the guest a route back - because that’s what you told it a good apology does.
